Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telecaller based in Delhi, India. The Telecaller will be responsible for contacting potential clients, providing information about loan products and services, and understanding client requirements to suggest suitable loan solutions. Other responsibilities will include maintaining accurate records of client interactions, following up with prospects, and supporting end-to-end loan processing. Strong communication and customer service skills will be key in providing an exceptional experience for clients.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with clients and understanding their needs
• Basic knowledge of loan products, financial services, and customer relationship management
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced, on-site work environment
• Proficiency in using basic computer applications and CRM tools
• Customer-oriented approach with a focus on delivering excellent service
• Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support in the financial industry is a plus
• Fluency in Hindi and English is required; proficiency in additional regional languages is a plus
• A minimum educational qualification of a high school diploma; a bachelor's degree is preferred
