Key ResponsibilitiesLead & Inquiry Management

• Handle incoming inquiries from Meta, referrals, local advertisements, WhatsApp, and email campaigns.
• Introduce prospects to free and paid orientation sessions.
• Make confirmation calls, send reminders, and ensure maximum attendance.
• Maintain accurate data and progress updates within the CRM system.

Registration & Conversion

• Assist participants during orientation sessions and manage on-site registrations.
• Build rapport, address queries, and ensure participants have a smooth experience.
• Follow up on payments and convert leads into confirmed enrollments.
• Reconnect with absentees and invite them to upcoming sessions.

Referral Generation & Engagement

• Build strong relationships with participants to encourage referrals.
• Coordinate with faculty for post-session engagement and retention.
• Explore local promotional opportunities (homes, schools, colleges) to expand reach.
