We are looking for an ambitious and entrepreneurial Manager – FTE /Resource Augmentation Division to spearhead the growth of this business vertical. The role will be a mix of sales, client engagement, operations, and P&L management, with full responsibility to build, scale, and manage the division.This position is best suited for someone who thrives in a startup-like environment, wants end-to-end ownership of a business line, and has experience in consulting, market research, or professional services.
Business Development & Sales
- Develop and execute FTE/Resource Augmentation model within the market research vertical.
- Drive lead generation, business development, and client mining to acquire new clients and expand business with existing accounts.
- Prepare proposals, pitch decks, and commercial models tailored to client requirements.
- Negotiate contracts and finalize agreements with clients.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with client stakeholders.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients availing FTE/resource augmentation services.
- Drive client satisfaction through proactive engagement, regular updates, and ensuring delivery excellence.
Operations & Delivery
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and deployment of FTE resources for client projects.
- Coordinate with internal HR, delivery, and research teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Establish frameworks for resource allocation, performance monitoring, and client reporting.
- Maintain high-quality service delivery aligned with client expectations.
P&L & Strategic Growth
- Own the P&L for the FTE/Resource Augmentation Division where you should manage budgets, revenue targets, and profitability.
- Identify opportunities for scaling the business through cross-selling, upselling, and strategic partnerships.
- Build operational processes and governance models for the division.
- Monitor industry trends and adapt offerings to stay competitive.
Team Leadership
- Build and manage a small but growing team of sales, operations, and research professionals.
- Mentor team members to ensure continuous learning and professional growth.
- Foster a performance-driven, collaborative, and client-first culture.
Key Requirements
- MBA/PGDM in Business, Marketing, Strategy, or related field.
- 6–10 years of experience in market research specifically in resource augmentation business models.
- Strong exposure to sales, operations, and P&L ownership.
- Proven ability to manage client relationships at CXO/Director level.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build and scale a division from ground up.
- Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and strategic thinking.
- Excellent communication (written & verbal) and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
