Manager

About the Role:

We’re looking for a highly organized, creative, and people-driven Manager who can take charge of day-to-day operations at Riya Vashist Makeup School. The ideal person should be both structured and intuitive, capable of managing students, staff, and schedules — while ensuring every student experiences the luxury, discipline, and inspiration that defines the Riya Vashist brand.

Key Responsibilities:1. Operations & Administration

• Oversee the daily functioning of classes, workshops, and events.
• Manage attendance, student queries, follow-ups, and scheduling.
• Coordinate between trainers, interns, and marketing team for smooth execution.
• Ensure the studio environment stays professional, aesthetic, and brand-aligned.

2. Team & Student Management

• Handle student concerns empathetically but firmly.
• Maintain discipline, punctuality, and engagement among students.
• Lead by example — balancing authority with warmth.
• Motivate staff, trainers, and interns to perform at their best.

3. Admissions & Client Relations

• Assist in admissions by following up on leads, explaining course details, and ensuring high conversion.
• Represent the school professionally during counselling sessions and walk-ins.
• Build long-term relationships with students and alumni for community growth.

4. Brand Experience & Quality

• Ensure every student feels valued and receives personal attention.
• Supervise the aesthetic upkeep — cleanliness, decor, and ambience — as per brand standards.
• Support in executing photoshoots, content creation, and events.

5. Reporting & Strategy

• Track attendance, feedback, performance reports, and sales data.
• Identify areas for improvement and bring creative ideas to enhance student experience.
• Work closely with the Founder to align school activities with brand goals.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Graduate in Management / Fashion / Beauty / Communication preferred.
• 2–5 years experience in operations, counselling, or managing a training institute, salon, or creative studio.
• Strong verbal & written communication in English and Hindi.
• A background or interest in beauty, fashion, or education is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per year
