About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations of the shop and ensure smooth workflow in all departments.
• Take full charge of staff management – attendance, discipline, and performance.
• Ensure every staff member strictly follows their KRA (Key Responsibility Areas) and performs their assigned duties efficiently.
• Command and guide staff to maintain productivity, order, and professionalism during working hours.
• Monitor sales activities, billing operations, and customer handling to ensure targets are achieved.
• Manage inventory levels, coordinate with suppliers for timely restocking, and minimize wastage or shortages.
• Prepare daily and weekly performance and sales reports for the owner.
• Resolve any internal staff or customer issues promptly and maintain a healthy work environment.
• Take full operational control of the shop in the owner’s absence and ensure all responsibilities are executed without supervision.
• Train, motivate, and discipline staff when required to ensure smooth functioning and continuous improvement.
  

Requirements:

• Male candidate aged 30–40 years.
• Minimum 4–6 years of experience in shop, retail, or operations management.
• Strong leadership and commanding personality.
• Excellent communication and decision-making skills.
• Must be able to independently handle sales, staff, and inventory operations.
• Good knowledge of computer basics, Excel, and billing systems.
• Ability to maintain order, meet targets, and manage the shop efficiently even under pressure.
