Key Responsibilities

• Ensure safety and security of personnel, visitors, offices, plants, and godowns.
• Adhere to company standards and comply with local/state safety regulations.
• Liaise with external authorities (fire, police, airport, etc.).
• Safeguard company assets against theft, fire, and hazards.
• Conduct fire drills, train employees on emergency equipment usage.
• Manage security guard operations: shift scheduling, training, attendance, payroll, and performance.
• Oversee vendor management, invoice processing, SAP entries, MIS reporting, and AMC renewals.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and support employees/customers.
• Allocate security staff for corporate events and ensure smooth attendance systems.
• Administer carpool operations and prepare/control the security budget.
