Position: Strategic Sourcing– Procurement Services Location : Plot 8A, RMZ Centennial, Kundalahalli Main Road, Whitefield, Bangalore, India Employment Type : Full-time Role Overview: The Senior Associate will manage and execute end-to-end sourcing projects across multiple categories, lead a small team, perform spend and market analysis, and provide insights to clients. This role requires strong negotiation skills, category expertise, and the ability to manage multiple projects while ensuring compliance with methodology and client requirements. Key Responsibilities: 1. Sourcing & Procurement Execution Execute standard and complex sourcing projects end-to-end, including negotiations. Provide sourcing services (RFP, RFI, RFQ) for clients based on service levels. Support various sourcing activities: RFx development, NDA management, spend data analysis, proposal summarization. Conduct due diligence and validation for project requests; follow up with requestors to clarify requirements. 2. Spend Analysis & Market Research Perform spend analysis and market research across multiple categories. Analyze proposals, prepare summaries, and present findings to clients. Identify suppliers, manage bid packages, and publish proposals via eSourcing tools (e.g., Ivalua). 3. Team Management & Collaboration Manage and lead a team of 3–4 members in sourcing execution. Provide peer reviews to ensure quality, consistency, and compliance with WNS methodology. Support delivery of other procurement services such as supplier performance management and contract administration. 4. Project Documentation & Reporting Maintain project folders, document spend and savings and provide status updates. Ensure alignment with category strategies and intellectual capital guidelines. Qualifications & Experience: Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field. Experience: 6–8+ years in procurement, sourcing, or related fields. Category Expertise Deep understanding of at least 2 sourcing categories. Good knowledge of an additional 5–10 categories (pricing structures, bidding, cost structure, key vendors). Technical Skills: Experience using sourcing tools (preferably Ivalua ). Strong analytical, negotiation, and project management skills. Ability to manage a team and multiple projects simultaneously.
