• Define and lead global sourcing strategies aligned with corporate goals.
• Oversee multiple RFX events and supplier contract negotiations at a strategic level.
• Lead, mentor, and develop sourcing teams.
• Manage supplier risk, innovation, and long-term partnerships.
• Influence executive leadership on sourcing decisions and policies.
• Ensure procurement compliance and governance.

Skills:

• Extensive experience with strategic sourcing, global supplier management, and complex RFPs/RFQs.
• Leadership and change management capabilities.
• Strong business acumen and stakeholder management at senior levels.
