Job Description

Role Overview: As a Procurement Support Specialist, your role involves providing support to maximize value from Procurement Tools, Process, and Governance. You will ensure that all change activities are managed efficiently and effectively, onboard suppliers successfully, and manage their data throughout their lifecycle with Client. Your responsibilities also include providing technical consultancy to category teams for all Procurement activities executed within Ariba, maintaining the Procurement Process Framework, driving continuous improvement in procurement technology, and building a strong relationship with our offshore partner. Additionally, you will work with Procurement teams to design, build, and maintain an Client Supplier portal. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain a close working relationship with our Offshore partner to manage key business processes related to the setup and use of 3rd parties - Produce metrics reporting related to Ariba - Drive adoption of dashboards for the Category and Leadership teams - Develop and maintain knowledge of market best practice & technologies - Coordinate Ariba governance forums, including insights from the available reporting and metrics - Maintain and enhance the process framework, tools & templates, with engagement of category teams - Deliver a user-focused training approach for Ariba with an emphasis on self-service - Drive benefits of Ariba with the Category teams, providing consultancy and challenge on sourcing strategy - Coordinate all procurement system change activities, technical defects & enhancements, including producing reporting to support this and communicate activities upwards through management - Work with our offshore partner to ensure a continuous improvement culture is embedded and delivered through incremental and larger change - Drive the use and maintenance of ACW within Ariba to benefit for category teams and business - Design, build, and maintain an Client Supplier portal to communicate externally Clients procurement practices, policies, and contacts Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Commerce or master's in business studies - Experience working within a demanding, fast-evolving environment - Awareness of change management approaches and principles - Proven experience of eSourcing (S2C) systems knowledge and P2P systems (Ariba) - Provision of excellent customer service / stakeholder management - Complex data spreadsheet work - Involvement in managing supplier relationships and contracts Company Additional Details: Not provided in the Job Description,
