Job Title: Associate – Procurement Services

Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Procurement Operations Execution

Review and validate PR (Purchase Requisition) data, correcting errors as needed.
Process POs, respond to general procurement queries, and handle escalated supplier issues.
Communicate with suppliers to resolve pricing, billing, and order-related errors.
Resolve procurement and invoice-related issues with business stakeholders.
Support reporting and analytics for operational procurement activities.
Conduct root cause analysis for delayed PRs and reduce PR-to-PO cycle time.
Track product delivery with vendors.
Identify opportunities for cost reduction and operational efficiency improvements.
Ensure accuracy and compliance in procurement processes.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in any field.
4–6+ years of experience in operational procurement, sourcing, or service desk management.
Experience with Kinaxis tool and other procurement software.
Experience in sourcing data center, technology, or hardware products.
