Key Responsibilities

Purchase Requisition Review:

• Validate and process purchase requisitions.
• Route requisitions to appropriate processing queues.
• Amend or update purchase orders as needed.

Supplier Communication:

• Transmit documents such as Purchase Orders (POs) to suppliers.
• Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely responses.

RFQ Creation and Management:

• Create and manage Request for Quotes (RFQs).
• Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements.
• Ensure all special instructions from requisitions are followed.

Qualifications

• Education:

  Graduate in any discipline

• Language:

  Proficiency in

  French (minimum B2 level)

  is

  mandatory

• Excellent verbal and written communication in French

• Preferred Experience:

• Exposure to

  Procurement, Sourcing, Direct/Indirect Procurement

• Fresher with strong French skills can also apply

• Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in

  MS Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Project

• Experience in procurement systems such as

  SAP, SRM, Ariba, or Coupa

  is a

  plus
