Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager located in Bhopal. The Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, managing projects, leading a team of developers, ensuring quality standards, and meeting project deadlines. The Manager will also be responsible for maintaining client relationships, coordinating with different departments, and contributing to strategic planning and decision-making processes.

• Proven experience in project management and team leadership

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Technical expertise in web development and familiarity with relevant technologies
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Information Technology, or related field
• Experience in client relationship management is a plus
