About Us:

Role Overview:

Lead FirstHealth initiatives to strengthen diagnostics, telemedicine & community healthcare across Northeast India. Drive growth, achieve sales, revenue, adoption & impact targets, build partnerships with hospitals, clinics, PHCs/CHCs, government bodies & private networks, and oversee mini diagnostic labs. Manage healthcare associates and technicians — bringing essential healthcare closer to underserved communities.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s/Master’s in Biochemistry or related health science discipline from a recognized university.
5–7 yrs experience in healthcare, diagnostics, or CSR health projects.
Proven engagement with doctors, clinics & rural health institutions (PHCs/CHCs).
Strong leadership, communication & stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity with telemedicine, digital health & NE India’s healthcare ecosystem.
Target-driven and open to extensive travel.
