Role Overview:

Lead FirstEducation initiatives to transform learning outcomes across Northeast India. Drive Smart Classroom, AI & Robotics, Drone education, and Career Guidance programs. Build partnerships with schools, government bodies, NGOs & private networks, and manage field teams to achieve growth, impact & sales targets.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in a relevant discipline.
• 7 yrs experience in insurance or FMCG sectors, with a strong customer/client-centric background.
• Proven ability to engage schools, government institutions & local partners.
• Strong leadership, communication & stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with digital learning tools, smart solutions & NE India’s education ecosystem.
• Target-driven and open to extensive travel.
