Manager Marketing

Job Responsibilities:

• Generate pipeline across US and India markets by scaling up marketing efforts in conjunction with sales collaboration
• Drive organic channels like SEO, SEM, email, social and webinars at scale
• Collaborate with Sales to optimize the full-funnel conversion journey
• Build and execute persona-driven content strategies grounded in market and competitor research
• Leverage AI tools for content, research and creative acceleration- across the entire team
• Lead, mentor and scale a high-performing marketing team with clear KPIs and ownership
• Manage campaign budgets and track performance through analytics tools to maximize marketing ROI

Qualifications:

• Graduate in Technology, Communications, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• Candidates with an MBA from a Tier 1 institute will be preferred.
• 7–10 years of B2B marketing experience with pipeline accountability

Required Skills:

• Strategic thinking to growth hacks new avenues, and ability to collaborate with cross functional teams
• Proven expertise in SEO, SEM, email marketing, and webinars
• Strong experience with Hubspot, Zoho, and marketing automation tools
• Hands-on use of AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Canva for content
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and execute multi-channel GTM
