As a Legal Counsel, your role involves drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various commercial agreements such as vendor contracts, lease agreements, service agreements, NDAs, licensing arrangements, and broking agreements. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining standard templates and SOP to streamline processes.
