The platform simplifies the process of purchasing insurance by allowing users to choose their preferred policy, input required details, compare quotes, and make payments easily. Once the payment is made, the insurance policy is issued immediately. Role Description This is a full-time role for a Relationship Manager located in Delhi NCR and Haryana. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with OEM’s of various motor insurance client’s (Tw, Private cars, PCV, GCV) understanding their insurance needs, and providing tailored solutions. Daily tasks include client engagement, policy recommendations, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Relationship Manager will also work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and contribute to sales targets. Qualifications Client relationship management and customer service skills Knowledge of insurance products across Motor Insurance. Sales and negotiation skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and in a team Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field Experience in the insurance industry.
