Job Description

Job Title Manager- Legal Department / Division Legal External Interface (Enlist external agencies/authorities that you are required to deal with while discharging your duty) - Government/ regulatory bodies (such as BMC, Police department, licensing authorities etc.) - External legal counsel - Clients (Retail/Commercial Tenants) - Contractors/vendors Minimum Qualification (i.e education, training etc.) - Graduate / Post Graduate in Law from a reputed institute - Qualified Solicitor Minimum Experience - 5- 9 years of total experience, and at least 3 years in the real estate industry - At least 3 years experience in a leading law firm with Litigation/ Non Litigation background. Special Skills/Attributes (required for performing the job effectively) - In-depth understanding of drafting agreements like Development, Sale, Lease, Leave & License etc - Statutory/ Regulatory Compliance Management - Should have the knowledge of leasing administration process Overall Purpose/Objective Of the j
