Role & responsibilities

  • Experienced L&D professional with more than 8 years of experience in facilitating and creating training content for

    Behavioural trainings

    .
  • Expertise in handling Behavioural training projects for

    Leadership Development Programs (LDP), Middle Manager Development Program (MMDP), First level Managers

    etc.
  • Must have Executed and delivered end-to-end learning & development projects.
  • Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify organizational gaps
  • Designed and implemented behavioural Management development training programs
  • Designed and facilitated learning interventions, Training Facilitation - ILT, VLT etc.
  • Developed and produced training content.
  • Delivered trainings to New Managers, Leadership, CXOs on variety of

    Behavioural topics

    like Conflict Resolution, Emotional Intelligence, Decision Making Skills, Time Management, Accountability & Ownership, Workplace etiquette like Email, telephonic & email writing, Building personal brand etc.
  • Handled

    Situational and Difficult Conversation

    trainings.
  • Good Project Management skills.
