Manager-IT

As an experienced IT Manager, you will be responsible for leading a cross-functional technology team to implement, maintain, and optimize IT solutions across Supply Chain, Procurement, Analytics, and Reporting. Your expertise in on-premises and hybrid cloud environments, SaaS platforms, and ERP systems will play a crucial role in aligning IT capabilities with business goals and driving innovation across global manufacturing sites and supply chain operations. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage a team of IT specialists supporting enterprise applications in an EMS environment. - Oversee deployment, support, and optimization of solutions across various IT environments. - Coordinate with team members to ensure project milestones are met. - Support implementation by providing feedback on design and performing configuration reviews. - Contribute to delivery and deployment plans for successful production deployment. - Collaborate with various teams to align IT capabilities with supply chain operations. - Manage integrations between ERP systems, SaaS tools, and custom applications. - Own incident, change, and problem management processes to ensure system uptime and data integrity. - Act as an escalation point for complex technical issues and ensure timely resolution. - Define and enforce IT governance, security standards, and compliance. - Develop and maintain system architecture and operational standards. - Partner with stakeholders to translate evolving requirements into IT solutions. - Drive roadmap planning, resource allocation, vendor engagement, and IT budgeting. - Promote continuous improvement through automation and process simplification. - Mentor team members to foster a culture of collaboration and innovation. Qualifications and Experience: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. - 8+ years of IT experience, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role. - Strong experience in managing various IT environments. - Hands-on knowledge of SaaS platforms supporting supply chain and procurement. - Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and project management skills. - Proficiency with analytics and reporting tools. - Strong grasp of integration frameworks and middleware technologies. - Experience with IT service management frameworks and project management methodologies. - Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills. - Knowledge of compliance standards relevant to electronics manufacturing.,
