Role Overview:

Manager/Senior Manager – IT Support

Key Responsibilities:

IT Support & Troubleshooting:

• Provide

  L1, L2, and L3 technical support

  for desktops, laptops, servers, and network devices.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues efficiently.
• Ensure minimal downtime by proactively monitoring IT infrastructure.

Team Management & Leadership:

• Lead a team of IT support engineers and provide guidance on complex issues.
• Train and mentor team members to enhance their technical skills.
• Manage IT helpdesk operations and ensure SLA adherence.

System Administration & Infrastructure Management:

• Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
• Monitor and maintain servers, firewalls, and network security.

IT Security & Compliance:

• Implement security best practices and enforce company IT policies.
• Ensure compliance with

  ISO 27001, GDPR, or other IT security standards

  .
• Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities.

Vendor & Asset Management:

• Coordinate with third-party vendors for procurement and IT service agreements.
• Maintain IT inventory and ensure optimal utilization of resources.
• Evaluate and implement new IT tools and technologies as per business needs.

Process Improvement & Documentation:

• Develop and document IT policies, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
• Optimize IT workflows and suggest process automation where applicable.
• Conduct regular training sessions for employees on IT best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Technical Skills:

• Hands-on experience with

  Windows, Linux, and Mac OS

  environments.
• Strong knowledge of

  Active Directory, Office 365, Exchange, and VPNs

  .
• Expertise in

  networking (LAN/WAN, Firewalls, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, VLANs, etc.)

  .
• Experience with

  cloud computing (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)

  is a plus.
• Familiarity with

  ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira, etc.)

  .

Educational Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree

  in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Certifications

  such as

  CCNA, ITIL, Microsoft Certified (MCSA/MCSE), or CompTIA A+

  will be an added advantage.
• Strong

  problem-solving and analytical skills

• Excellent

  team management and leadership abilities

• Strong

  communication and interpersonal skills

  to support non-technical users.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
