Role Summary And Impact
- Lead end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns for TCCC, ensuring flawless execution and impactful brand storytelling.
- Act as the key driver of creator partnerships, delivering campaigns that are strategically aligned with brand objectives.
- Build strong relationships with creators, agencies, and internal teams to maximize campaign efficiency and results.
- Deliver measurable impact on brand visibility, audience engagement, and cultural relevance through influencer-led content.
- Play a pivotal role in scaling Coca-Cola’s influencer marketing ecosystem in India by driving innovation and execution excellence.
Skills And Experience
- Campaign Execution Expertise: Proven experience in managing influencer campaigns end-to-end, from scouting to reporting.
- Creator Management: Strong ability to identify, negotiate, and onboard relevant creators across micro, macro, and celebrity tiers.
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in tracking campaign metrics (views, ER, reach, engagement) and deriving actionable insights.
- Stakeholder Management: Experience coordinating with agencies, clients, and cross-functional internal teams.
- Negotiation & Contracting: Skilled in handling influencer contracts, content usage rights, and paid media extensions.
- Compliance Knowledge: Understanding of brand safety, legal requirements, and influencer disclosure norms.
- Innovation-Driven Mindset: Ability to experiment with new content formats, influencer categories, and campaign ideas.
- Experience Required: 5–6 years in influencer marketing or digital marketing with a strong execution-heavy background, preferably in FMCG or large-scale consumer brands.
