If you’re a creative go-getter who lives on Instagram, knows the algorithm better than the alphabet, and can vibe with founders building brands from scratch — this is your sign. 🎯 What you’ll be doing: 💻 Discover & onboard creators : Find exciting influencers across Instagram, YouTube & more (think moms, lifestyle creators, health voices) 🤝 Manage collaborations : From pitching and product dispatch to tracking timelines & deliverables — you’ll own the full collab lifecycle 📦 Coordinate campaigns : Negotiate rates, track barters, send products, chase for content — hustle responsibly ✨ 📲 Leverage influencer content : Help repurpose reels and testimonials for performance marketing (Meta + Google ads) 📊 Stay on trend : Keep an eye on what's buzzing in the creator economy — latest trends, platforms, hacks 🎨 Be a creative sparker : Assist with ideas, captions, and maybe even Canva when needed 💥 Who you are: ⚡ A natural hustler who can get things done, even if it means a dozen calls a day 📱 Lives and breathes social media — understands how content trends work 🎨 Bonus if you’ve used Canva, CapCut, or any design tool 🎯 Detail-oriented, proactive, and someone who’ll own this like it’s your brand 📞 Comfortable with follow-ups, negotiation, and long influencer chats 🧠 1–3 years of relevant experience in marketing, social media, or influencer space 📨 Ready to join the Mamalife mission?
