About the Opportunity

  • Design and execute long-term influencer and KOL strategies aligned with business goals and global narratives
  • Identify emerging influencer trends, new platforms, and niche communities to keep clients ahead of the curve
  • Oversee end-to-end influencer campaign execution — from strategy and creator identification to content co-creation and amplification
  • Collaborate with creative, digital, and PR teams to ensure influencer programs are seamlessly integrated into brand storytelling
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior clients, providing counsel on influencer marketing, platform innovation, and audience engagement
  • Build strong relationships across client organizations and internal teams to position influencer marketing as a key business growth driver
  • Develop and implement performance frameworks to assess campaign effectiveness and ROI
  • Translate data, audience insights, and platform analytics into actionable recommendations that inform future strategy
  • Establish clear links between influencer impact and brand or business KPIs.


You will be a good fit if you…

  • Bring 6+ years of experience in influencer marketing, KOL management, or digital brand strategy
  • Have a proven track record of conceptualizing and executing high-impact influencer campaigns across diverse categories
  • Possess a deep understanding of the creator ecosystem, content formats, and emerging social platforms
  • Combine strategic thinking with strong analytical ability to connect performance metrics to business outcomes
  • Demonstrate exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills with both clients and creators
  • Have prior experience in PR, integrated communications, or influencer-focused agencies
  • Are passionate about storytelling, innovation, and data-driven creativity that drives measurable impact.
