Job Description

As a Manager HR Business Partner (HRBP) at our company, your role is crucial in aligning HR strategies with business objectives to drive organizational growth and employee success. You will collaborate with business leaders to design HR strategies, provide insights on workforce planning, talent deployment, and organizational design, and act as a trusted advisor on people-related matters. Your key responsibilities will include: - Collaborating with business leaders to understand organizational goals - Providing insights on workforce planning, talent deployment, and organizational design - Acting as a trusted advisor to leadership on people-related matters - Driving initiatives to foster employee engagement, retention, and organizational culture - Conducting regular employee connects, feedback sessions, and action planning - Partnering with leadership to implement diversity, equity & inclusion (DEI) initiatives - Partnering with Talent Acquisition and L&D to attract, develop, and retain top talent - Identifying high-potential employees and designing succession planning initiatives - Supporting leadership development programs and career pathing frameworks - Managing the performance review cycle and coaching managers on providing constructive feedback - Providing guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions - Ensuring HR policies and processes are compliant with local labor laws and organizational standards - Tracking HR metrics and sharing insights with leadership for data-driven decisions Qualifications & Skills required for this role: - Masters degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/PGDM preferred) - 8-12 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3-4 years in an HRBP or consulting-focused role - Strong understanding of HR processes, labor laws, and industry practices - Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills - Ability to influence leadership, drive change, and build trust - Analytical mindset with experience in HR reporting and workforce analytics - Exposure to business consulting/professional services industry preferred Key Competencies for success in this role include: - Strategic thinking with business acumen - Strong relationship-building and influencing skills - Ability to manage ambiguity and drive change - Proactive problem-solving and conflict resolution - High integrity and confidentiality Join us in our mission to drive organizational growth and employee success through strategic HR partnership!,
