Job Description

Summary

The primary responsibilities of the Resource are Talent Acquisition, Induction and Training, Performance Management, Employee Engagement and Business Partnering.

  • This is an Individual contributor role engaging stakeholders (at all levels) across Karnataka. Reporting to State HR Manager (AVP - Human Resources)
  • This role does not involve any team handling
  • Role involves extensive traveling to Rural and Sub Urban locations
  • Position is currently based at Bangalore
  • Involves extensive traveling to remote locations of Karnataka

Responsibilities & Key Result Areas:

  • The incumbent will be responsible for HR Delivery to all Businesses (500+ employees) in Rural, Urban business
  • Responsible for Talent Acquisition at all Entry level / Junior / Middle level positions with in timelines
  • Manage the Employee lifecycle in organization from Selection to Exits
  • Conduct new employee orientations, monitor career-path and succession planning programs and manages off-boarding
  • Accountable for Business Human Resource goals like retention and employee engagement, performance management, training delivery to employees, employee relations and change management
  • Responsible for policy interpretation and grievance resolution process
  • Collaborates with Business and Human Resources functions to meet organizations objectives related to business delivery
  • Active involvement in disseminating of Company Code, Values and policies generically impacting employees in general.

Competencies and Key Skills

  • Demonstrated ability to build and cultivate relationships through face to face, telephone, online calls and e-mail interactions
  • Ability to independently conduct Induction / orientation sessions to employees
  • Experience in implementing HR plan & strategy for supporting new business expansions
  • Results oriented, achiever with proven and documented history of success
  • Must be self-motivated, goals driven and demonstrate ability to work alone or as part of a team
  • Intermediate to expert proficiency with Microsoft Office for data management and communication (Outlook, Excel and Powerpoint)
  • Experience in Microfinance company / BFSI will be an added advantage

Qualifications

  • Must possess 6 - 10 years of experience
  • Masters degree in Human Resources from a reputed institute
  • A diploma / degree in Labor Law / Compliances OR Learning & Development would be an added advantage
