Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Human Resource Management

  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment and selection processes.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and guidelines in line with company objectives.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases with confidentiality.
  • Handle onboarding and induction for new employees.
  • Plan and execute employee engagement, motivation, and retention initiatives.
  • Manage employee grievance handling and conflict resolution.
  • Conduct performance appraisals and support department heads in goal-setting and evaluation.
  • Monitor attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements (EPF, ESIC, gratuity, etc.).
  • Support training and development programs for skill enhancement and career growth.

2. Administrative Management

  • Manage company facilities, housekeeping, security, and maintenance operations.
  • Supervise procurement of office supplies, furniture, and equipment.
  • Ensure upkeep of office infrastructure and utilities.
  • Handle vendor management and service contracts (rent agreements, maintenance, etc.).
  • Manage travel, transport, and accommodation arrangements for employees and guests.
  • Maintain records for assets, inventory, and administrative expenses.
  • Coordinate with government bodies, local authorities, and compliance agencies when required.

3. Policy & Compliance

  • Ensure company’s compliance with statutory regulations and internal policies.
  • Maintain updated records of licenses, agreements, and legal documents.
  • Support internal and external audits related to HR and administration.
  • Implement safety, health, and environment (SHE) policies within the workplace.

4. Strategic & Reporting Functions

  • Prepare monthly HR and Admin MIS reports for management review.
  • Contribute to manpower planning and budgeting.
  • Align HR strategies with organizational goals and performance metrics.
  • Provide administrative support for company events, meetings, and CSR activities.

5. Other Responsibilities

  • Promote a positive and ethical work culture.
  • Liaise with external consultants, legal advisors, and government offices when necessary.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,765.03 - ₹67,466.07 per month
