As a Recruitment and Onboarding Specialist, your role involves the following responsibilities: - Conducting final rounds with shortlisted candidates and selecting the best candidates. - Negotiating salaries and fixing compensation packages. - Issuing offer letters, joining letters, and appointment letters. - Preparing job descriptions and Key Result Areas (KRAs) for new hires. - Implementing new recruitment policies to expedite the hiring process. - Conducting exit interviews to address attrition rates effectively. Your responsibilities towards attendance and punctuality include: - Monitoring employee attendance and punctuality. - Keeping track of employee attendance through registers and the Keka HR app. - Conducting annual reviews and appraisals for each employee. - Having a good experience with the Keka app. This job is full-time and permanent. The benefits include Provident Fund. The work location is in person.,
