Manager HR & Admin

You will be responsible for efficient human resource management and administrative support within the NGO, creating a productive, compliant, and inclusive work environment. Your role will involve staff well-being, recruitment, records management, and day-to-day operations. - Support end-to-end recruitment process including job posting, shortlisting, interviews, and onboarding. - Assist in the development and maintenance of HR policies and procedures. - Coordinate training sessions, capacity building activities, and performance appraisals. - Address employee relations matters professionally and confidentially. - Oversee operations at centers and manage supplies. - Maintain office documentation, including filing, correspondence, and asset registers. - Communicate with vendors, service providers, and landlords. - Ensure a clean, safe, and compliant working environment. - Arrange logistics for meetings, workshops, and travel. - Ensure compliance with local labor laws and NGO regulations. - Assist in audits and reporting to donors or governing bodies. - Uphold confidentiality and data protection standards. Qualifications & Experience: - Masters degree in human resources or related field. - Minimum 4-6 years of HR and/or administrative experience, preferably in NGOs or the development sector. - Good understanding of labor laws and HR best practices. - Proficiency in MS Office. - Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
