Role Overview: As a School Facilitator for Social & Emotional Learning (SEL) at Agrasar, your main responsibility will be to deliver SEL sessions in partner schools, create engaging and safe learning spaces for students, build strong rapport with children, conduct teacher capacity-building sessions on SEL, facilitate Parents Circles in the community, coordinate with school authorities for smooth implementation, and maintain session records, reports, and data. You will play a crucial role in supporting emotional well-being and life skills development among children. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver SEL sessions in partner schools - Create engaging and safe learning spaces for students - Build strong rapport with children and support them emotionally - Conduct teacher capacity-building sessions on SEL - Facilitate Parents Circles in the community to strengthen homeschool connection - Coordinate with school authorities for smooth implementation - Maintain session records, reports, and data Qualifications Required: - Graduates/Postgraduates in Social Work, Psychology, Education, or related fields - 1-3 years of experience working with children, teachers, or community groups (preferred) - Strong facilitation, communication, and relationship-building skills - Empathetic, energetic, and committed to child development Additional Details: Agrasar offers you the opportunity to be part of a mission aimed at building safe, supportive, and joyful learning environments.
