School Facilitators (2) – Social & Emotional Learning (SEL)

Agrasar is looking for you!

What you’ll do:

✨ Deliver SEL sessions in partner school

✨ Create engaging and safe learning spaces for students

✨ Build strong rapport with children and support them emotionally

✨ Conduct teacher capacity-building sessions on SEL

Facilitate Parents’ Circles in the community to strengthen home–school connection

✨ Coordinate with school authorities for smooth implementation

✨ Maintain session records, reports, and data

Eligibity:

✔ Graduates/Postgraduates in Social Work, Psychology, Education, or related fields

✔ 1–3 years of experience working with children, teachers, or community groups (preferred)

✔ Strong facilitation, communication, and relationship-building skills

✔ Empathetic, energetic, and committed to child development
