Role Overview

HR & Admin Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end HR functions: recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement.
  • Develop and implement HR policies in alignment with company goals.
  • Ensure statutory compliance and labor law adherence.
  • Manage office administration, vendor relations, and facility operations.
  • Partner with leadership on workforce planning, HR analytics, and organizational development.
  • Build and nurture a positive, high-performance culture in a fast-paced startup environment.

Requirements

  • MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent preferred.
  • 3–7 years of relevant experience in

    HR & Admin

    (startup/BPO experience is a plus).
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
    Ability to work independently and thrive in a dynamic setup.
