What You’ll Do: Post job openings and optimize sourcing for India + Philippines Ensure hiring workflows (tests, scoring, interview scheduling) are running seamlessly Conduct human interviews where needed Work closely with Sales and Ops teams to fulfill critical hiring needs Coordinate interviews and ensure candidates show up Own onboarding, documentation, and Day 1 experience Deliver company culture onboarding for new hires You’re a Fit If You: Have 2–5 years of experience in BPO or non-IT hiring Bonus: You’ve hired in the Philippines market Love managing systems, processes, and people Thrive in automated, high-performance environments Why Kim?
