We, Philips Engineering Services, are URGENTLY recruiting candidates for the post of Manager – HR & Admin at our Corporate Office in Trivandrum.
Job Description: Candidate will be responsible for all HR & Admin activities across all our work sites with an employee strength of about 2000 employees. Work shall also include employee management, their grievance handling & their well-being, handling and liaisoning of IR & HR related issues, maintaining overall employee discipline. Other Admin works will also be allotted to the candidate from time to time. Candidate should have good experience in this domain. Candidate should also be proficient in MS Office. Work may require occasional travelling to our work sites in Maharastra/Odisha/Madhya Pradesh. Interested interns can also apply.
Qualification: MBA or equivalent
Experience: minimum 10 years of industrial experience having dealt with over 1000 workmen
Age: Below 40yrs
Job Location: Corporate Office, Trivandrum
