Job Description

As a Vendor Coordinator, your role involves tracking Partner and Vendor performances, suggesting changes for improvements, and ensuring smooth coordination and reconciliation. Your responsibilities include: - Tracking vendor performance and working on Root Cause Analysis (RCA) creation for any issues that arise - Acting as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for internal and external audits when required - Ensuring all statutory dues, including Taxes and Social Security contributions, are paid accurately and on time - Delivering key documents to employees and authorities in a timely manner - Resolving employee and Client queries according to established Service Level Agreement (SLA) guidelines - Providing necessary knowledge and support to Customer Success Management (CSM), Sales, and Finance teams for their day-to-day activities In terms of qualifications, you should possess: - Interest in Transitions and Entity set ups across the Globe - Ability to engage and collaborate with regulatory bodies and various vendors - Well-developed interpersonal skills for effective communication with internal stakeholders, employees, and management at all levels - Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic working environment and work with diverse stakeholders - Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify risks, impacts, and propose solutions - High attention to detail, insistence on high standards, and the capability to manage multiple priorities concurrently with minimal supervision - Strong communication, listening, interpersonal, influencing, and negotiation skills to convey messages clearly and compellingly - A proactive attitude demonstrating extreme ownership and accountability in your tasks.,
