Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead 0-to-1 Strategic Initiatives

• Design and execute new initiatives from the ground up across product, operations, and marketing.

• Lead high-priority cross-functional projects including feed supply chain innovation, awareness campaigns, rural GTM strategies, and last-mile logistics.

• Drive program management efforts—set goals, monitor progress, and ensure timely execution in alignment with strategic objectives.

2. Scale What Works

• Develop and implement execution playbooks to scale successful pilots and programs by 10X.

• Collaborate with business and field teams to translate ideas into scalable operating models.

• Create and manage OKRs for core teams—warehousing, logistics, marketing, and farmer support—to drive measurable outcomes.

3. Strategic Research and Analysis

• Partner with the Founder on core strategic initiatives including market entry, product innovation, and organizational design.

• Conduct detailed market research on livestock economics, agri-tech trends, and competitive intelligence. • Use data-driven insights to improve key metrics like farmer acquisition cost, unit economics, and operational performance.
