Key Responsibilities

Team Alignment:

• Facilitate smooth communication and collaboration across teams
• Ensure clarity on objectives and keep projects moving efficiently
• Translate leadership vision into actionable team goals

Presentations & Documentation:

• Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and internal communications
• Maintain project documentation and provide regular progress updates

Social Media Savvy:

• Support the CEO with content and updates on various social platforms
• Offer insights on digital presence to enrich internal brand and culture

Operational Support:

• Streamline workflows, enhance internal processes, and resolve challenges creatively as they arise

About You

• Experienced in creating presentations and internal documentation
• Comfortable managing social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, etc.)
• Prior exposure to startups or agile workplaces is a plus
• Strong multitasker who can prioritize and thrive amid change
• Highly organized, attentive to detail, and naturally smart at overcoming challenges
• Proactive, positive, and motivated to make a tangible impact alongside the founder

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
