Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Manager – Finance & Compliance to oversee the company’s financial operations, commercial activities, and statutory compliance across India and Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in accounting systems, legal coordination, and compliance management, along with excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently in a dynamic business environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end accounting functions using Tally ERP, including bookkeeping, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Prepare and analyze MIS reports, financial statements, and Excel-based reports for management review.
• Oversee compliance and legal requirements for both India and Dubai, including liaising with consultants, government authorities, and legal advisors.
• Oversee and represent client recovery cases and if required court visits
• Handle commercial documentation, vendor and client agreements, and ensure all contracts comply with applicable laws.
• Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams on finance, billing, and compliance-related matters.
• Conduct outdoor visits to government departments, banks, and courts as required.
• Identify process gaps and implement effective and efficient solutions independently.
• Stay updated with Dubai accounting laws and compliance processes and apply them to day-to-day operations.
• Support management with budgeting, cash flow management, and financial planning.
• Ensure timely statutory filings, audit coordination, and adherence to company policies.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in Finance, Accounts, or Compliance (exposure to both Indian and Dubai laws preferred).
• Strong command over Tally ERP, Excel, and financial reporting tools.
• Excellent communication skills — fluent in written and spoken English.
• Well-groomed, professional, and presentable demeanor.
• Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems, especially Dubai financial and legal frameworks.
• Familiarity with commercial contracts, vendor management, and legal documentation.
• Readiness for outdoor visits and coordination with government offices or courts when required.
