About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Tally ERP, GST compliance, TDS processing, and statutory compliances. Role Overview: The Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, managing, and optimizing paid digital marketing campaigns across various platforms to achieve client goals. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong analytical aptitude, hands-on experience with major advertising platforms, and a proven track record of delivering measurable results (ROI/ROAS). The ideal candidate will be adept at managing budgets, analyzing campaign data, and providing actionable insights to drive continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: 1. Strategy Development & Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive paid media strategies across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, X Ads, and other relevant channels. Define campaign objectives, key performance indicators (KPIs), and target audiences in alignment with client goals. Conduct thorough keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitive analysis. 2. Campaign Management & Optimization: Set up, manage, and optimize paid campaigns, including bid management, budget allocation, A/B testing (ad copy, landing pages, creatives, targeting), and performance monitoring. Ensure campaigns are optimized for conversions, lead generation, brand awareness, or other defined client objectives. Implement and manage tracking mechanisms, including pixels (Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, etc.) and UTM parameters, often utilizing Google Tag Manager. 3. Data Analysis & Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and interpret campaign performance data using platform analytics, Google Analytics (GA4), and other relevant tools. Prepare and present regular performance reports to clients and internal stakeholders, highlighting key insights, trends, and actionable recommendations. Utilize data visualization tools (e.g., Google Looker Studio, Tableau) for clear and impactful reporting. 4. Budget Management: Effectively manage campaign budgets to ensure optimal allocation and achieve maximum ROI/ROAS for clients. Provide budget forecasts and manage pacing to ensure spend is aligned with targets. 5. Industry Trends & Innovation: Stay abreast of the latest trends, best practices, and new features in digital advertising, performance marketing, and MarTech. Proactively recommend and implement new strategies, tools, and technologies to enhance campaign performance and efficiency. 6. Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams, including creative, content, SEO, and account management, to ensure integrated and effective marketing campaigns. Liaise with clients to understand their needs, provide strategic counsel, and manage expectations. Required Skills & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field. 4-6 years of proven experience in a performance marketing role, preferably within a digital agency environment in India. Hands-on proficiency with the following platforms is essential: Google Ads: Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping, Discovery, Performance Max. (Google Ads certification is highly desirable). Meta Ads Manager: Facebook & Instagram Ads. (Meta Blueprint certification is a plus). LinkedIn Campaign Manager. Google Tag Manager (GTM) for tag implementation and management. Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets (advanced proficiency for data analysis). Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. Excellent understanding of performance marketing KPIs (e.g., CPC, CPM, CTR, CPA, CPL, ROAS, Conversion Rate). Experience with A/B testing methodologies and conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques. Strong budget management and forecasting skills. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
