Role Overview

We’re looking for a creative design professional to join our Creative Team, someone who can transform briefs into visually compelling ideas and lead projects from concept to execution. This role is ideal for a designer with strong visual sensibility, a flair for storytelling, and the ability to bring campaigns alive across multiple platforms. If you’re curious about the latest AI tools and technologies and can leverage them to enhance creative output, you’ll fit right in.

Key Responsibilities

• Visualize and design creative concepts based on briefs, taking projects through to final execution.
• Develop mood boards, layouts, and storyboards for campaigns and brand projects.
• Create and execute engaging designs across mediums: digital posts, motion graphics, videos, landing pages, print, and other collaterals.
• Collaborate closely with the Copy, Strategy, and Account Management teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
• Contribute to pitches and presentations with strong visual storytelling.
• Take ownership of assigned accounts, including direct interaction with clients.
• Work with and integrate AI-driven design tools (for ideation, visualization, or productivity) to elevate creative workflows.
• Stay updated with design trends, pop culture, digital innovations, and emerging technologies.
• Manage multiple projects while ensuring quality and timely delivery.

Skills & Experience

• Minimum 3-4 years in advertising/digital/content/marketing agencies.
• Strong portfolio showcasing digital-first creative work (social media campaigns, videos, landing pages, branding).
• Proficiency in major design software: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects (knowledge of motion graphics is a plus).
• Awareness of the latest AI tools for design and creativity, with the ability to apply them in practical workflows.
• Strong creative & design abilities, attention to detail, and a knack for balancing aesthetics with functionality.
• Ability to think conceptually, work independently, and also collaborate effectively in a team.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
