Senior Creative Designer

As a Creative Designer for E-learning, you will be responsible for supporting on-demand e-learning projects with your creative and detail-oriented skills. Your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Designing for various deliverables such as ILTs, WBTs, simulations, motion graphics, infographics, front-end designs, branding, and interactive assets. - Collaborating closely with Instructional Designers and Project Managers to bring storyboards to life through compelling visuals. - Creating low and high fidelity wireframes to align with design thinking and UX principles. - Providing creative visual inputs for new business pitches, customer intake sessions, and presentations. - Keeping abreast of the latest trends in UI/UX design, responsive design, accessibility standards, and content aesthetics. - Managing review feedback and ensuring timely closure of issues within the internal quality framework. Qualifications required for this role include: - Minimum of 4+ years of experience in e-learning creative design. - Proficiency in Adobe Flash, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, Illustrator, and Sound Forge. - Ability to interpret storyboards and visualization cues to create engaging and instructionally sound graphics. - Knowledge of responsive and accessible design principles will be an added advantage. - Experience working in collaborative, fast-paced environments with cross-functional teams.
