Company Name: Infopro Learning Location: Noida Sec 98 Experience: 4+ Years Job Type: Contractual (Initially 3 months) Job Description: We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Senior Creative Designer to support our on-demand e-learning projects. The ideal candidate will have strong design skills, a keen eye for aesthetics, and experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring instructional content to life. Key Responsibilities: Design engaging visuals for ILTs, WBTs, simulations, motion graphics, infographics, branding, and front-end assets. Work closely with Instructional Designers and Project Managers to understand storyboards and develop appropriate visual assets. Create low and high-fidelity wireframes and design mockups. Contribute to customer intake sessions, new business pitches, and project presentations. Stay updated on the latest trends in UI/UX, accessibility standards, and responsive design. Translate creative inputs and storyboard data into meaningful, intuitive visual experiences. Ensure all review feedback is addressed and closed within the internal process framework. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Minimum 4 years of experience in e-learning visual design. Proficiency in: Adobe Flash Photoshop CorelDRAW Illustrator Sound Forge Preferred Skills: Strong portfolio of e-learning design work. Experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Knowledge of SCORM, xAPI, or LMS platforms is a plus.
