We’re looking for a creative and data-driven Online Marketer to lead our digital marketing, From content marketing and lead generation to email automation and campaign optimization, you’ll be responsible for growing our online presence, building brand awareness, and converting traffic into high-quality leads. Key Responsibilities: Strategy & Execution Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (social media, Google Ads, email, and more). Create monthly marketing calendars aligned with product launches, events, and service promotions. Collaborate with the design and content teams to craft compelling marketing assets. Social Media & Content Manage and grow the agency’s presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook. Write engaging captions, reel scripts, and posts to showcase case studies, client success stories, and thought leadership. Monitor analytics and optimize content for engagement and reach. Lead Generation & Funnels Ad Campaign Setting for Promotions Create and manage lead generation campaigns using landing pages, email funnels, and downloadable resources (like our eBook). Work with sales and design teams to qualify leads and align messaging. SEO & Analytics Optimize website content and blog posts for SEO and keyword ranking. Monitor performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and Meta Ads Manager. Deliver monthly reports with actionable insights. Automation & CRM Set up and manage email marketing automation (Mailchimp, ConvertKit, etc.). Integrate CRM tools to track leads, email opens, and conversions. Requirements: Upto 2 years of hands-on experience in digital/online marketing. Strong understanding of marketing funnels, lead magnets, and conversion strategies. Proven track record in social media marketing and paid ad campaigns. Proficient in tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Canva, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush). Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills. Passion for design, branding, and helping startups grow. Strong Knowledge of AI Tools to leverage for effective Marketing & Lead Gen Bonus Points For: Experience working with creative agencies or service-based businesses.
