Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the strategy to transform a B2C platform into a leading B2B marketing solutions provider.
  • Take complete P&L responsibility, ensuring revenue growth, profitability, and market share expansion.
  • Drive client acquisition and manage relationships with marketing heads, brand managers, and senior decision-makers across alcobev companies.
  • Establish strategic partnerships with hotels, luxury brands, lifestyle platforms, and distribution networks.
  • Guide consultancy services for international alcobev brands entering India, with insights on distribution, regulation, and market dynamics.
  • Build and lead a high-performing B2B team with a culture of excellence and innovation.


Candidate Profile

  • 10–15 years of progressive leadership experience in the Indian alcobev industry (spirits, beer, wine, or distribution).
  • Demonstrated success in managing a business unit with full P&L accountability.
  • Strong track record in sales, marketing, and distribution within the alcobev sector.
  • Well-established network with senior stakeholders in the alcobev ecosystem.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to innovate and scale new ventures.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Applications without direct alcobev industry experience will not be considered.


Desirable Experience

  • Leadership role in a marketing agency or consultancy with an alcobev focus.
  • Proven experience launching international alcobev brands in India.
  • Strong relationships with premium hospitality, luxury automobile, or lifestyle brands.
