About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Business Analyst who thrives on solving complex problems, connecting business goals with technology solutions, and driving meaningful impact across multiple initiatives.
In this role, you’ll act as a trusted advisor to clients and business leaders, lead teams of analysts, and play a key part in shaping digital solutions that deliver measurable value.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead multiple initiatives — Own end-to-end business analysis across projects, ensuring clarity of objectives, well-defined requirements, and alignment with overall business goals.
• Be the bridge between business and technology — Work closely with clients, product owners, and delivery teams to translate business vision into clear functional specifications, epics, and user stories.
• Shape strategy and influence outcomes — Collaborate with senior stakeholders to define product roadmaps, prioritize initiatives, and make data-driven recommendations that move the business forward.
• Guide and mentor others — Support a team of business analysts through coaching, peer reviews, and promoting best practices to ensure consistency and excellence across engagements.
• Engage directly with clients — Facilitate requirement workshops, lead solution walkthroughs, and manage senior stakeholder conversations to align expectations and delivery priorities.
• Drive innovation and improvement — Identify process gaps, analyze performance, and propose technology-led or process optimization solutions that enhance efficiency and business value.
• Partner for product success — Work hand-in-hand with product management and engineering teams to refine product backlogs, ensure delivery readiness, and measure post-implementation outcomes.
• Champion change — Support user adoption, training, and change management initiatives to ensure solutions are embraced and deliver lasting impact.
• Contribute to the bigger picture — Play an active role in strengthening the Business Analysis practice by developing frameworks, templates, and knowledge assets for the organization.

Skillset required

• 8–12 years of solid experience as a Business Analyst or Senior BA in IT services, consulting, or product-driven environments.
• A proven track record of leading BA teams or managing multiple engagements with measurable business outcomes.
• Strong experience in working with CXO-level stakeholders, driving strategic discussions, and aligning delivery to business vision.
• Hands-on expertise in requirements management, process re-engineering, and solution conceptualization, ideally in Agile or hybrid models.
• Proficiency with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Visio, Lucidchart, or BPMN tools.
• Skilled at performing gap analysis, impact assessments, and business case development for strategic decision-making.
• A keen analytical mindset, with comfort in data analysis or visualization tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills — with the ability to influence, build consensus, and drive action.
• Exposure to modern initiatives such as AI/ML, cloud transformation, automation, or digital innovation will be a strong plus.

Good to Have

• Domain expertise in one or more areas: Insurance (P&C, Life, Annuities), Healthcare, BFSI, Travel & Transportation.
• Experience with product management, solution design, or end-to-end product lifecycle ownership.
• Exposure to global delivery models or experience managing onsite-offshore coordination.
• Certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, CSM, or SAFe POPM.
• Awareness of emerging technologies like GenAI, RPA, Cloud Platforms, or Low-Code/No-Code tools (e.g., Power Platform) and how they enable digital transformation.
• Contribution to organizational initiatives such as capability building, process improvement, or knowledge sharing.
