Job Purpose

The Hotel Manager is responsible for overseeing daily hotel operations to ensure guest satisfaction, operational efficiency, and profitability. The role involves managing staff, optimizing resources, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring compliance with company policies and hospitality regulations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Operational Management

Oversee daily hotel operations across all departments (Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Kitchen, and Maintenance).
Ensure smooth coordination between departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Monitor occupancy, revenue, and guest satisfaction levels.

2. Guest Experience

Maintain high standards of customer service and handle guest feedback or complaints promptly.
Ensure all staff members are trained in hospitality standards and brand values.
Create a welcoming atmosphere that exceeds guest expectations.

3. Financial Management

Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
Monitor expenses, revenues, and profitability of the hotel.
Implement cost-control measures without compromising service quality.

4. Staff Leadership & Development

Supervise, train, and motivate staff to achieve performance goals.
Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions.
Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and service excellence.
