Role Definition
Manages engineering for design and development of technologies, components, systems, products, or services.
Responsibilities
- Managing staffing, development, and performance management programs for engineering teams.
- Providing specialized engineering technical support and consulting services to various areas of the organization particularly focused towards Reman & Aftermarket engineering.
- Managing high-impact, short and long duration engineering initiatives and projects; ensuring achievement of engineering plan and product quality.
- Maintaining product release plans and material plans; driving programs to completion on time and within budget.
Degree Requirement:
- Bachelors degree in an accredited Engineering or Materials Science curriculum plus 13-15 years of previous experience or a masters degree in an Engineering, Materials Science curriculum plus 9-12 years of previous experience or a doctorate degree in Engineering plus 3-5 years of previous experience.
