Associate Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end project delivery, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
  
• Assist in defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders.
  
• Coordinate across cross-functional teams (technical, design, and business) to ensure smooth project execution.
  
• Track project progress, identify risks or blockers, and escalate issues proactively to ensure timely resolution.
  
• Prepare and maintain project documentation such as project plans, reports, and meeting notes.
  
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) or Waterfall reviews, depending on project needs.
  
• Support the Project Manager in managing client communications, project schedules, and deliverable tracking.
  
• Monitor adherence to project management processes, quality standards, and governance requirements.
  
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by gathering feedback and sharing lessons learned.
  
• Ensure clear communication, transparency, and alignment among internal teams and external stakeholders.
  

Key Skills

• 5+ years of experience in project coordination or project management within technology or consulting environments.
  
• Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall).
  
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
  
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or MS Project.
  
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving capability.
  
• Familiarity with digital transformation, system integration, or cloud-based projects (Salesforce, AWS, Azure, etc.) is a plus.
  
• Certification in Agile/Scrum or PMP (preferred, not mandatory).
  
• Self-starter attitude, eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced consulting environment.
