Job Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Associate Project Manager to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, executing, and closing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
• Help define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Track project milestones and deliverables using appropriate tools.
• Facilitate team meetings, document action items, and ensure follow-through.
• Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
• Serve as a point of communication and help bridge gaps between technical teams and other stakeholders.
• Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential risks, and devise contingency plans.
• Prepare and present regular project reports on progress and performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 0 to 2 years of experience in a project coordination or junior project management role. Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply.
• Basic understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills, including attention to detail and multi-tasking abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Preferred Qualifications

• A foundational project management certification (like CAPM) is a plus.
• Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello).
• Basic understanding of web technologies (e.g., .NET, SQL) is advantageous.

• For the Thiruvananthapuram location: Company-provided accommodation is available to support your relocation.
• For the Kozhikode location: The employee is responsible for their own relocation or daily commute.
