Job Description: Manager - Ecommerce DEPARTMENT: Havas Marketplace PRIMARY LOCATION: Mumbai JOB SUMMARY: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketplace Specialist to manage, execute, optimize, and strategize our accounts on Amazon and Flipkart. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of these marketplaces, including experience with Sponsored Ads and DSP campaigns. Proficiency in data analysis and Excel is essential for this role. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 1) Account Management: Serve as the key liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication, timely updates, and alignment on ecommerce campaign objectives. Manage end-to-end execution of campaigns across platforms like Amazon and Flipkart, coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver results. Prepare and deliver impactful presentations and performance reports to clients, translating data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations. 2) Advertising and Campaign Management: Create, manage, and optimize Sponsored Ads on Amazon and Flipkart. Develop and execute DSP campaigns to drive brand visibility and sales. Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement. Adjust campaigns based on performance data to maximize ROI. 3) Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize Excel to analyze sales data, advertising performance, and other key metrics. Generate reports to track and evaluate the effectiveness of strategies and campaigns. Use data-driven insights to make recommendations for optimization and improvement. 4) Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketplace strategies to achieve sales targets. Identify new opportunities for growth and expansion on Amazon, Flipkart, and other marketplaces. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and competitive landscape. 5) Proactive Contribution: Actively participate in brainstorming sessions and provide innovative ideas for marketplace strategies. Suggest and implement new processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketplace strategies with overall business objectives. PROFILE REQUIREMENTS: 7+ yrs experience on Amazon and Flipkart Marketplaces; if they have additional knowledge on other platforms, even better. Role : to execute, optimize, strategies and plan for their account. Should have knowledge on Sponsored Ads on Amazon and Flipkart; knowledge on DSP campaigns would be an addition. Should have knowledge on excel. Should be able to analyze data and take actions to optimize campaigns. Should proactively partake in making suggestions.
